Construction Cost Index

The 2020 Construction Cost Index (IKK) is an annual publication that contains Construction Cost Index. Construction Cost Index (IKK) 2020 describes the costliness of construction in each regency/municipality compared to a reference region. Since 2018, the reference region is Semarang City.Data is obtained through a survey on the cost price of building materials/construction, heavy equipment rental, and wages. The index is calculated from data collected quarterly by a survey for quarter III, IV of 2019, and quarter I, II of 2020. IKK 2020 is the main component used for the General Allocation Fund in 2021.
