Abstract

Construction Cost Index (IKK) at 2021 is an annual publication that contains Construction Cost Index. Construction Cost Index (IKK) 2021 describes the costliness of construction in each regency compared to a reference city. The reference city is Makassar City. Selection of a reference city is based on an index number that is close to national mean index and considering data completeness.Data is obtained through a survey on the cost price of building materials/construction, heavy equipment rental, and wages. The index is calculated from data collected quarterly by a survey for quarter III and IV of 2020, also quarter I and II of 2021. IKK 2021 is the main component used for the General Allocation Fund in 2022.
