Abstract

Kalimantan Tengah's export value in July 2022 reached US$507.85 million, an increase of 25.18 percent compared to exports in June 2022 and an increase of 90.06 percent compared to July 2021.
  • Coal, palm oil, zirconium ore, gold nugget, and rubber are Kalimantan Tengah's main export commodities during July 2022.
  • Japan, India and China will be the main export destinations for Kalimantan Tengah during July 2022.
  • Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's export value increased by 98.26 percent, from US$ 1,682.15 million (January-July 2021 to US$ 3,335.08 million (January-July 2022). 
  • Kalimantan Tengah's import value during July 2022 reached US$5.92 million, up 8.23 ​​percent compared to June 2022 and up 211.58 percent compared to July 2021.
  • Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's import value decreased by 27.05 percent, from US$31.83 million (January-July 2021) to US$23.22 million (January-July 2022).
  • Malaysia, Laos and Singapore are the origin countries of Kalimantan Tengah's imports during July 2022.
  • Kalimantan Tengah's foreign trade balance experienced a surplus of US$501.93 million in July 2022.
